Each reservation must be booked ahead of time. The attendee needs to be sure to enter the code NSAA in the Comments/Special Notes section, this will get them a discount.
NOTE: Please be aware that there is an unapproved organization named Exhibitors Housing Services, or EHS, (characterizing themselves as a German and international hotel placement company) that is claiming to offer discounted hotel rooms at the Westin Mission Hills Resort for the NSAA National Convention and Tradeshow in Palm Springs. This appears to be an unauthorized organization that does not have any agreement or relationship with the Westin Mission Hills Resort in Palm Springs, nor any relationship with NSAA. (NSAA does not make available or release contact information for suppliers or members prior to the event, and we are not aware how this organization would obtain supplier contact information). Please be aware of this organization, because it does seek credit card information and other personal data. They are not authorized in any way to take your reservation information and may supply you with phony confirmation information that will not be valid when you arrive at the Hotel. Again, the Westin Mission Hills Resort nor NSAA do NOT have any relationship or agreement with Exhibitors Housing Services, EHS, or any other entity who may contact you to offer discounted hotel rates for the NSAA convention.
