The 2013 NSAA National Convention and Tradeshow will convene in Rancho Mirage, California at the Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa, April 30 - May 3.  Listed are the materials and information needed to exhibit and to register your company personnel.

Please note the specific deadlines on each form and that full payment is due when submitting these forms.  All companies returning the exhibit space contracts by March 1, 2013 along with the appropriate forms and fees will be assigned space in accordance with the established priority point system.  Forms received after this date will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

NSAA Supplier Members can register for either an 8' x 10' Booth (one per company) or Briefcase at the NSAA National Convention and Tradeshow.

The 8' x 10' Booth rate is $1600.  This cost entitles your company to (1) one complimentary company employee registration.  Click here for a copy of the Exhibit Hall Floor Plan.

The Briefcase rate is $1200.  A Briefcase attendee is able to conduct business without taking table space. This cost entitles your company to (1) one complimentary company employee registration.

Additional personnel from a registered company may attend at the rate of $325 per person (pre-registration rate) or $350 onsite.
