Description:
The resort has invested in computerized snowmaking equipment as it is more effective with respect to air compression and is more efficient in terms of water use. In addition, this equipment analyzes the ambient air conditions and adjusts accordingly. The Golden Eagle Awards for Environmental Excellence were established in 1993 to recognize the environmental achievements of ski areas.
