Keystone Resort, CO
Project Title:
G.R.E.E.N.S Award

Description:
In 2000, Keystone initiated an environmental incentive program called the G.R.E.E.N.S Award, (this stands for Good Recycling, Environmental Education, and Natural Sustainability), which recognizes employees who excel in their environmental efforts. One G.R.E.E.N.S winner started a new and innovative alternative transportation program within our reservations group. By providing employees with the incentive of a dollar a day to carpool, take the bus, bike, or walk to work, the program has saved over 2,600 commuter days to date!
