Education and Outreach
Cranmore Mountain Resort, NH
Project Title:
"Bio-diesel Day"

Description:
Throughout the season, Cranmore will be educating our guests on how they can cut down on waste and emissions. We are instituting an anti-idling policy for cars and instituting "Clean Air Zones." We also have two "Bio-Diesel" Days this season where drivers of hybrid vehicles will receive free VIP parking and free lift tickets. In 2003, Cranmore became the first East Coast resort to run it's grooming equipment and other vehicles on bio- diesel fuel. We are also providing the North Conway Village Trolley with fuel.
