The Fall Education Risk Management Seminars are designed to help resort personnel stay current on claims and liability trends, improve employee and guest safety training programs, and develop strategies to control escalating injury and claims costs. Resort risk managers, department heads and general managers should all consider attending this important industry program.

All risk and safety managers, patrol directors, staff trainers, terrain park managers, public relations and marketing personnel, mountain managers, general managers and department heads will benefit.

The Faculty
All NSAA FES faculty members have experience in the ski industry and come from a variety of backgrounds including insurance and claims management, loss control and resort operations. In addition, members of the Association of Ski Defense Attorneys (ASDA) will provide important legal perspectives at each FES venue. ASDA attorneys are active in the defense of ski resorts in their state and region and are an invaluable resource.
