After the hoopla of the Gala has settled, on Wednesday morning, May 5, NSAA has arranged for a behind the scenes tour of Disney’s Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, presented by Mark Jones, former Disney executive and author of the new book Lead with Your Customer: Transforming Culture and Brand into World-Class Excellence. Jones will provide best-in-the-business guest services insights about Disney’s operations on this working tour. This unique back stage tour will allow attendees an opportunity to see the park from the perspective of how Disney views its operation. You’ll go backstage and below in the Magic Kingdom’s famous “tunnel” to see how the operation behind the magic really occurs. Our host will give you the inside scoop “beyond the pixie dust” as to how the real operation functions day-in and day-out to create Disney’s fabled guest experience. You’ll walk away with new and practical take-aways as well as a workbook with insights and ideas, with ways to maximize your own resort operations by more fully engaging your employees and creating greater customer loyalty.

The cost of this behind-the-scenes tour is $175 (which includes scheduled transportation to the park and a complimentary one-day/one-park Disney pass), but pre-registration is required as space is limited, so this is reserved for ski area personnel only. After this half-day tour, you are free to enjoy the remainder of your day at the Magic Kingdom with your complimentary pass, or return to the hotel. Again, pre-registration is required, and space is limited to the first 20 to register.
