Please note the specific deadlines on each form and that full payment
is due when submitting these forms. All companies returning the exhibit
space contracts by March 18, 2011 along with the appropriate forms and
fees will be assigned space in accordance with the established priority
point system. Forms received after this date will be assigned on a
first-come, first-served basis.

Rules and Regulations
If your company is attending but not exhibiting use the above form and check "briefcase"
registration. Pricing information: Booth $1,600; Briefcase $1,200 (each includes 1 employee). BOOTH SPACE IS SOLD OUT FOR THE NATIONAL CONVENTION. Briefcase Registration is still available. Please print out the form and bring it to the onsite Registration Desk.
- Exhibitor Personnel Pre-Registration Form - If your company is registering more than one person use this form; must be completed
and accompany the exhibit space contract with appropriate fees. Additional attendees $325 each.
- Freeman Exhibitor Services
- Exhibit Floor Plan – One 8’x10’ booth per company
- NSAA General Information and Deadlines (includes registration procedures,
exhibitor service information, tentative schedule and travel & hotel accommodations)
