EXHIBIT SPACE CONTRACTS
Complete the space contract for one or both shows and mail to NSAA with payment.
Exhibit space cannot be confirmed without payment. Please note the Rules and
Regulations located here.
Space Assignments - All companies returning space contracts by November 11, 2011
along with the appropriate forms and fees will be assigned space in accordance
with the established priority points system. Contracts received after the
deadline date will be assigned in the order that they are received on a
first-come, first served, space-available basis.
NSAA's priority points system prioritizes all exhibit contracts received by the
deadline by the number of points a NSAA Supplier member company has accumulated
for that specific show (companies are awarded 2 points for exhibiting at each
eastern regional show, and 2 points for exhibiting at each western regional
show separately).
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
The Exhibit Space Contract allows for (4) company employee registrants.
Companies registering more than (4) employees must also use the Additional
Registrants Form. A check made payable to NSAA or credit card information
for all exhibit and registration fees MUST accompany the Exhibit Space
Contract and the Additional Registrants Form (if applicable).
Registrations will not be processed without payment.
REGISTRATION POLICY
Only individuals who are registered and have an official NSAA convention badge may
attend the tradeshow and convention events. Registration includes entrance to
the tradeshow, all open sessions, workshops and cocktail parties.
All supplier members must register for the show under their own company's
membership, even if they are affiliated with another member. Supplier members
may not register those individuals who are not directly employed by their
company, i.e. consultants, ski area representatives, etc. NSAA would
appreciate supplier members respecting this policy. Those who violate
this policy will be penalized.
EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
The NSAA winter regional shows are strictly table-top exhibits for current NSAA Supplier Members ONLY.
Please keep table-top displays simple to fit 8 ft. by 30-inch table space - if you do not require a
table for your display, please indicate on the enclosed space contracts. No display is allowed to be
more than 8 feet in total height.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation notices of exhibit/registration must be received in writing by
NSAA seven days prior to the event. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case
basis and must be requested in writing no later than 5 working days after the
event. No refunds of exhibit or registration fees will be given to "no shows."
COMPLIMENTARY SKIING
Complimentary skiing is included in your registration for each day of the show
at the host ski area. To receive your complimentary lift ticket you must
sign in at the NSAA registration desk.

In addition, information on the shipping company, tracking numbers and number of packages must be given prior to the receipt of any packages, without this information the Killington Grand Resort Hotel will not be responsible for any missing packages. The hotel will not receive any materials prior to seven (7) days before arrival.
