The Omni Nashville Hotel
is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the dining and entertainment opportunities along Broadway and close by. The Nashville International Airport is a short eight miles away. Nashville is in the Central time zone.
There are several options for ground transportation from the airport including taxis, ride-share (Lyft and Uber), and rental cars. Learn more at the airport Ground Transportation page.
Parking is available at the Omni Nashville for those staying at the hotel and those driving in each day. Parking rates are:
- Overnight valet parking with unlimited in and out privileges is available for $52 plus tax, per day/per vehicle.
- Self-parking is available for all at the Music City Center garage adjacent to the hotel for $35+ tax per day. The garage entrance is on Sixth Avenue between Korean Veterans Boulevard and Demonbreun. Inform the Front Desk upon check-in for further instruction.
- Daily and Event parking at the Omni: up to 4 hours = $25 | 4-10 hours= $32 | 10+ hours = $52
Please know that the risk for contracting COVID, especially at large gatherings, still exists. At this time, there are no COVID protocols mandated by the local municipality or by the Omni, however that could change. If protocols are put in place prior to or during our event, they will be communicated to attendees and enforced. Bring a mask just in case! And, please do wear a mask if you would like.
If you feel unwell, do not attend! Additionally, if you are at all uncomfortable attending, please stay home. We will gladly issue you a refund. Your travel providers (hotels, etc.) will have their own cancellation policies.
As a courtesy to other attendees – during and after – the event, if you do feel unwell and test positive for COVID, please inform us at email@example.com as soon as possible, as well as anyone you were in close contact with for an extended period. This information will be treated with strict confidentiality by NSAA – your name will not be used.
The current long-range forecast for our time in Nashville is for daytime temperatures in the mid-90s with evening temperatures dipping into the upper 60s. With time to enjoy dinner in the city on the schedule, make sure to pack a light jacket or sweater.
Convention Center Wi-Fi
NSAA has arranged complimentary Wi-Fi access in the convention center for all attendees of the event. Simply connect to the "Omni Meeting" network and use the pass-code: nsaa2022.

Thursday, May 12 | 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
The Opening Welcome Reception will be held in the Country Music Hall of Fame, attached to the Omni. This one-of-a-kind location is a fantastic place to re-connect with friends and peers while getting in the Nashville state of mind. Casual attire is perfect for this reception. Access to the attached museum and exhibit areas are provided free of charge during the reception.
NSAA Awards Ceremony
Saturday, May 14 | 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
The presentation of NSAA’s annual Golden Eagle, Safety, Marketing, and Conversion Cup awards will be like no other. We are taking this show to the big stage in the CMA Theater, attached to the Omni. Join us as we celebrate the best of our member resorts in this amazing space. Dress up for this event if you like; we’ll have the red carpet rolled out and paparazzi-worthy photo ops!
Final Night Reception
Saturday, May 14 | 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday’s evening reception will be held in the Broadway Ballroom Foyer, Level 2 immediately following the awards presentation. Come for a drink and appetizer while you reflect on the Convention and connect with your friends before heading into the city or to Broadway for a meal.
