Who Should Attend All risk and safety managers, patrol directors, staff trainers, terrain park managers, public relations and marketing personnel, mountain managers, general managers and department heads will benefit.
The Faculty All NSAA FES faculty members have experience in the ski industry and come from a variety of backgrounds including insurance and claims management, loss control and resort operations. In addition, members of the Association of Ski Defense Attorneys (ASDA) will provide important legal perspectives at each FES venue. ASDA attorneys are active in the defense of ski resorts in their state and region and are an invaluable resource.

In the 21st year of the NSAA Fall Education Seminars – and sponsored for the 21st year by Willis MountainGuard – our educational seminar will become the prism for analyzing some of the industry’s pressing issues and recent trends. With nine stops around the country, our program runs the gamut from employee safety and workers compensation, misleading and unfair media scrutiny, increasing property damage challenges, and unexplored risks from your marketing department. We will reveal the latest 10-year injury data analysis in the industry, as well as claims and litigation examples that, unfortunately, underscore how surprised you’ll be by just how much can possibly go wrong without a well-developed risk management and safety program.
