Beaver Creek, Moonlight, Welch Win Customer Service Awards
MARCO ISLAND, Fla. – May 23, 2006 – Today NSAA announced three winners of its second annual Customer Service Awards, sponsored by Mountain Dew and Sobe, at its National Convention and Tradeshow held at the Marriott Marco Island Resort Golf Club & Spa. The awards are designed to improve industry service, recognizing resorts for positive development in areas of employee training, guest incentives and overall service.
The awards are presented in three categories: Best Overall Customer Service Program; Best Customer Service Employee Training and Implementation Program; Best Customer Service Guest Incentive/Rewards Program. Honorable Mentions went to Keystone Resort, Colo., and Mount Hood Meadows, Ore. The 2005/06 winning programs are:
THE NATIONAL SKI AREAS ASSOCIATION, LOCATED IN LAKEWOOD, COLO., IS A TRADE ASSOCIATION FORMED IN 1962 FOR SKI AREA OWNERS AND OPERATORS NATIONWIDE.
