The Mountain Foundation is a 501(c)3 scholarship fund founded in 2019 by the National Ski Areas Association. NSAA believes in growing and diversifying the ski and outdoor recreation industries, and in preparing the next generation of leaders for the challenges ahead. This scholarship fund will give deserving ski industry employees increased access to education with the goal of taking their ski careers to the next level.
