Event Summary
NSAA’s National Convention & Tradeshow is where the snowsports industry comes together to network, share, learn about challenges and opportunities, and check out the latest products and services from industry suppliers. With over 800 attendees on average, the National Convention draws decision-making senior leadership teams and owners from ski areas large and small. Vendors will have over six hours of Tradeshow time, and plenty of opportunity to meet ski area attendees from across the U.S. and Canada.

Registration Fees
An exhibiting company must be a NSAA member to attend this event. For information on becoming a member, please click here.
Exhibit Space: $2,250
This rate entitles NSAA Supplier member companies to one 10’ (depth) X 10’ (width) booth with 8’ high back drape, 36” high side dividers and 7” X 44” one-line ID sign. Includes one full conference registration. Note – this rate does not include electrical or any other services. The exhibit hall in the Savannah Convention Center is not carpeted.
Briefcase: $1,500 (no exhibit space)
NSAA Supplier member companies may attend the tradeshow to conduct business without occupying an exhibit space. Includes one full conference registration.
Additional Registrations
Once your company is registered atone of the above rates, additional representatives can register at the below rates:
Company Representative: $400 (by 4/24), $425 (after 4/24)
The above rate is per person and includes entrance to all National Convention events listed on the agenda. Note: One complimentary personnel registration is included with each company’s exhibit space or briefcase registration fee.
Companion/Spouse Program: $350
This option is designed for any non-company individuals attending with a registered attendee. It includes the Opening Night Reception, continental breakfasts, admittance to the Tradeshow, Tradeshow Reception & Lunches, Awards Reception and Final Night Party. It does not include admittance into the educational sessions or the golf tournament.
Golf Tournament: $175
Tournament to be held on Thursday, 5/11, from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Exhibit Space Confirmations
A confirmation email with your company’s exhibit space number will be sent to the individual linked to the booth/briefcase registration. Confirmations will be sent on a weekly basis beginning Wednesday, 3/1.
Shipping & Material Handling
Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials Monday, 4/10 - Monday, 5/1, at the below warehouse address:

Furniture, Decorating, Electrical and A/V
No electrical service or furniture is included with the exhibit space. Additionally it is important to know that although we will provide aisle carpet, exhibit spaces themselves are not carpeted. Exhibitors can order additional services through the below links. Note – You must first receive your confirmation email with your booth number before you’ll be able to order any services.

Attendee List
A copy of the pre-registered attendee list will be sent to registered supplier representatives on Friday, 4/28.
