Event Summary

NSAA’s National Convention & Tradeshow is where the snowsports industry comes together to network, share, learn about challenges and opportunities, and check out the latest products and services from industry suppliers. With over 800 attendees on average, the National Convention draws decision-making senior leadership teams and owners from ski areas large and small. Vendors will have over six hours of Tradeshow time, and plenty of opportunity to meet ski area attendees from across the U.S. and Canada.

Registration Fees

An exhibiting company must be a NSAA member to attend this event. For information on becoming a member, please click here.

Exhibit Space: $2,250
This rate entitles NSAA Supplier member companies to one 8’ (depth) X 10’ (width) booth with 8’ high back drape, 36” high side dividers and 7” X 44” one-line ID sign. The tradeshow hall at the Omni PGA Resort is fully carpeted. Includes one full conference registration. Note: This rate does not include electrical or any other services.

Briefcase: $1,500 (no exhibit space)
NSAA Supplier member companies may attend the tradeshow to conduct business without occupying an exhibit space. Includes one full conference registration.

Additional Registrations

Once your company is registered atone of the above rates, additional representatives can register at the below rates:

Company Representative: $425 (by 5/7), $450 (after 5/7)
The above rate is per person and includes entrance to all National Convention events listed on the agenda. Note: One complimentary personnel registration is included with each company’s exhibit space or briefcase registration fee.

Companion/Spouse Program: $350
This option is designed for any non-company individuals attending with a registered attendee. It includes the Opening Night Reception, continental breakfasts, admittance to the Tradeshow, Tradeshow Reception & Lunches, Awards Reception and Final Night Party. It does not include admittance into the educational sessions or the golf tournament.

Golf Tournament: $235
Tournament to be held on Friday, 5/24, from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. 

Exhibit Space Confirmations

A confirmation email with your company’s exhibit space number will be sent to the individual linked to the booth/briefcase registration.  Confirmations will be sent on a weekly basis beginning the first week of March. 

Exhibitor Company

Freeman will handle exhibitor services for this event. Exhibitors will receive pre-show emails with information on accessing their exhibitor portal to order furniture and other services. Please review this Quick Facts sheet for basic information on working with Freeman. 

Shipping & Material Handling

Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials at their Dallas warehouse beginning Monday, 4/22.   Materials arriving after Tuesday, 5/14, will be received with an additional after deadline charge.

Freeman does not charge a minimum for material handling. Each exhibitor will pay a $1.58/lbs material handling fee ($1.98/lbs if received after the 5/14 deadline). Any package under 10lbs will be delivered complimentary to the booth. 

Freeman will not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or unskidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108"H x 93"W.

Furniture & Decorating

It’s important to know that no furniture is included with the exhibit space. Items can be ordered through Freeman Online or by calling (888) 508-5054.  Representatives are available Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (central).

Electrical & Audio/Visual Equipment

Electrical and audio/visual equipment can be ordered through Pinnacle Live, Omni’s in-house audio/visual supplier.  Click here to complete their order form. Note, NSAA will provide wireless internet connection throughout the meeting spaces and tradeshow hall. 

Attendees

A copy of the pre-reg attendee list will be sent to all registered supplier representatives on Friday, 5/10.
