Exhibitor Registration Fees

An exhibiting company must be a NSAA member to attend this event. For information on becoming a member, please click here.

Exhibit Space
Fee: $2,250
The above rate entitles NSAA Supplier member companies to one 8’ (depth) X 10’ (width) booth with 8’ high back drape, and 36” high side dividers. Additionally, this rate includes one complimentary full conference registration. Note – this rate does not include any furniture, electrical or any other services. The exhibit hall is fully carpeted.
Briefcase no exhibit space
Fee: $1,500
NSAA Supplier member companies may attend the tradeshow to conduct business without occupying an exhibit space. This fee includes one complimentary full conference registration.
Once your company is registered, additional representatives can register at the below rates:
Company Representative
Fee by 4/17: $450 Fee after 4/17: $475
The above rate is per person and includes entrance to all National Convention events as listed on the agenda. One complimentary personnel registration is included with each company’s exhibit space/briefcase fee.
Spouse/Companion Program
Fee: $350
This registration option is designed for any non-company individuals attending with a registered attendee. It includes Opening Night Reception, Continental Breakfasts, Admittance to the Tradeshow, Tradeshow Reception & Lunch, Awards Reception, and Après National Party. It does not include admittance into the educational sessions or golf.

Additional Activities – Registration Required

When registering for the National Convention and Tradeshow, the following activities can be added to your event registration:

Golf Tournament

Fee to Play: $215 per player

Join us for the annual National Convention golf tournament at the beautiful, on-site South Course. Bragging rights go to the winning four-some for the entire year and are worth every stroke. Get your clubs ready and your golf swing perfected! The tournament will take place on Thursday, May 7, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m..

Mulligans

Fee to Use: $50

Shank your tee shot? Wish you could have that putt back? Now you can! New this year and in limited supply - get your Mountain Foundation Mulligan! Mulligans will be good for the 2026 National Convention golf tournament. All proceeds raised go to support the Mountain Foundation. Maximum 30 mulligans will be sold.

Pickleball Tournament

Fee to Play: $25 per player

Ready for some excitement and to get your heart rate up? Join us for Pickleball Palooza! Whether you're a seasoned pro or a curious newcomer, this event is designed to bring out the best in every player while ensuring a fantastic time for all. The tournament will take place Wednesday, May 6, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Maximum 60 players.

Teams will be randomly assigned. However, if you are interested in playing with another attendee, please contact nsaa@nsaa.org and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Tradeshow Schedule

A copy of the complete event schedule can be found here. Please note the following:

Monday, 5/4

  • Exhibitor Load-In: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
    • All crates & pallets must be offloaded during this time. Exhibitors will not be able to offload any crates or pallets on Tuesday.

Tuesday, 5/5

  • Exhibitor Load-In: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
    • All cases & cartons must be offloaded by 9:00 a.m.
    • Finishing touches to exhibit spaces.
  • Tradeshow Hours: 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • Tradeshow Hours: 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, 5/6

  • Tradeshow Hours: 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • Exhibitor Move-Out: 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
    • All materials must be removed from facility by 4:00 p.m.

Exhibit Space Confirmations

A confirmation email with your company’s exhibit space number will be sent to the individual linked to the booth/briefcase registration. Confirmations will be sent on a weekly basis beginning the first week of March.

Exhibitor Company

Fern Expo will handle exhibitor services for this event. Exhibitors will automatically receive an introduction email from OneView, their online portal, with instructions on creating your password. After you’ve logged on and created an account you will be able to order services through OneView.

Please email Fern’s Exhibitor Services should you have any questions or if you need to have the introduction email and instructions for online ordering re-sent to you.

Shipping & Material Handling

Fern will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials at their San Diego warehouse beginning Friday, 4/3. All materials must be received by Friday, 5/1. There are NO direct shipments to the resort.

Exhibitors will be happy to know that Fern does not charge a minimum for material handling. Additionally, they do not charge any overtime, special handling, small package, late or warehouse fees.

Furniture & Decorating

It’s important to know that no furniture is included with the exhibit space. Items can be ordered through Fern’s Exhibitor Portal. Need assistance? Call (800) 774-1251, Ext. 1. Representatives are available Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m..

Electrical & Audio/Visual Equipment

Exhibitors will be able to order electrical and audio/visual equipment through Pinnacle Live, La Costa Resort’s in-house audio/visual supplier. Book via the button below.

A copy of the pre-reg attendee list will be sent to all registered supplier representatives on Thursday, 4/23.
