NSAA’s Winter Conference & Tradeshows are where the industry comes together to network, share, learn about challenges and opportunities, and check out the latest products and services from industry suppliers. This event typically attracts more than 650 decision-making senior leadership teams and department managers and supervisors from areas large and small. The Western Winter Conference & Tradeshow will take place January 12-14, 2027, in Big Sky, MT. The Eastern Winter Conference & Tradeshow will take place February 2-3, 2027, in Killington, VT.

Heads Up: Winter Conference and Tradeshow registration will be posted later than usual this year, due to scheduled maitenance work on NSAA.org. NSAA.org will likely be down and inaccessible from October 8, 2026 - October 16, 2026. We hope to have registration live the week after. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

A confirmation email with your company’s exhibit space number will be sent to the individual linked to the booth/briefcase registration. Confirmations will be sent on a weekly basis beginning Monday, 12/7.

K&J Convention Services will handle shipping and material handling for this event. They will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials at their warehouse beginning Monday, 12/14, and all items must be received by Friday, 1/8. Please note that there are NO direct shipments accepted for this event, so plan your freight accordingly.
A minimum handling fee of $120/per shipment applies. A full copy of the exhibit services kit, including shipping labels and details, can be found here.

The tradeshow floor is carpeted and only one 6’ table is included with each exhibit space. Additional items can be ordered through K&J’s online services. Orders received with full payment by Wednesday, 1/6, will receive discounted pricing. Standard pricing will prevail for all orders received after this date.
A copy of the pre-reg attendee list will be sent to registered supplier representatives on Monday, 1/4.
